30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. To qualify for a return, you must meet the following conditions:

  1. The item must be returned in its original, unopened packaging, with the seal intact, and in the same condition as received to qualify for a full refund.

  2. You must provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation.

  3. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and the return must be sent via a tracked shipping service.

  4. Customers must first request a return by emailing us at support@allnewstuff.co.uk before sending back any items. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

  5. Once a return request has been approved, the customer has 14 days to return the item. If we receive the return after this period, we will return the item to the customer and no refund will be provided.

  6. The refund processing time can take up to 21 business days.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and notify us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will assess the issue and offer a suitable resolution.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item, the quickest method is to return the original item, and once the return is approved, make a separate purchase for the replacement.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped into the European Union, customers have the legal right to cancel or return an order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason, without justification. Items must be in their original, unused condition, with packaging and proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to reflect the refund.
